The branch of the RSE at the National Exhibition Center "National Center of Expertise" in the Zhambyl region held a seminar on the topic "Formation of an anti-corruption culture."

Representatives of the Taraz city branch of the Nur-Otan party, the Department of Public Health Protection of the Kohoz of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Zhambyl region, as well as specialists from the branch took part in the seminar.

During the event, the first deputy chairman of the Taraz city branch of the Nur-Otan party, Aryn Askarbekov, noted the importance of the fight against corruption and the priority main directions of state policy, which are clearly outlined by the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan “New development opportunities in the conditions of the fourth industrial revolution”, where the ninth task of the Address is the preventive fight against corruption. 

Also, the seminar participants discussed the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Action Plan for 2018, became familiar with the requirements of the anti-corruption legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, administrative and criminal liability for violation of the law.

In general, those present highly appreciated the measures proposed within the framework of the draft Plan and expressed their readiness to cooperate in the implementation of the Anti-Corruption Strategy.

At the end, Aryn Ilyasovich Askarbekov presented certificates of honor to the employees of the NCE Branch of the Zhambyl region for fruitful work in combating corruption.
