Employees of the department for the protection of consumer rights in Shetsky district came with checks in the dining room of Zharyk secondary school, in the dining room of the experimental school-gymnasium named after Zh.Akylbaev and in the food block of the central hospital in Shetsky district.

The commission found violations during the sanitary-epidemiological survey. In particular, there were no sanitary-epidemiological conclusions about compliance with the requirements of the legislation in the canteens and nutrition unit of the hospital. Entrepreneurs who fed schoolchildren and hospital patients rented canteens based on tenders. Employees of the department for the protection of consumer rights have issued decisions on them in accordance with Part 1 of Article 463 of the Code "On Administrative Offenses," that is, engaging in entrepreneurial activities, as well as carrying out actions without proper registration and authorization.

"The Shetsky district court examined administrative cases against individual entrepreneurs. They were found to be violators of Part 1 of Article 463 of the Code "On Administrative Offenses" and subjected to an administrative fine of 25 monthly calculation indicators, that is, to the amount of 56 thousand 725 tenge," the press service of the court said.

All entrepreneurs have pleaded guilty and promised in the near future to invite for inspection a commission, which in the absence of violations will issue an appropriate permit. According to the law, tenants are obliged to pay a fine within 30 calendar days from the day the decree enters into force.
