“In the trade facilities of Astana, Almaty and the regions, it is possible to sell the following hazardous food products: Nectar apple-peach “Orchard” in a 0.3-liter PET bottle, manufactured by Lebedinsky LLC (Lebedyan, Lipetsk region, Russian Federation) with the date of production of juice - February 25, 2017, the expiration date is August 25, 2017, ”says a message distributed by the Public Health Committee of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As Kazinform was informed in the Ministry of Health, cases of poisoning with juice of the above brand have not yet been registered.

“There was an instruction from the Committee for Public Health Protection to our territorial subdivisions of the cities of Astana, Almaty and regions to monitor the safety of products, if the above products are found in wholesale and retail trade enterprises, to withdraw them and conduct a sanitary and epidemiological examination,” explained the head of the department for control over requirements of the technical regulations of the Committee for Public Health Protection of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan Aigerim Sadubayeva.

According to her, all territorial departments of the Committee are already working with trade enterprises. According to official data, Rospotrebnadzor is already recalling all batches of apple-peach nectar "Orchard".

The reason for this was the establishment of the fact that a child and an adult received a chemical burn of the oral cavity when using the above products.
